By profession I am a doctor. But fitness hits me sideways. From childhood I have a keen interest to decode the exercise science. So I started with football. Then I switched to boxing. Over the year I have tested so many sports and being a doctor I use my anatomy knowledge for the proper analysis. And I come up with a easy explanation for most of the sports and fitness work.
