About Nia
I am a professional cellist with a Master of Performance degree from Guildhall School of Music and Drama. I have over 15 years of performing experience, ranging from solo concertos, chamber music concerts and countless orchestral performances. I freelance regularly with orchestras across the UK including the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, BBC Philharmonic Orchestra, Sinfonia Cymru, Orpheus Sinfonia, as well as being principal cellist of Guildhall Opera and Chamber Orchestras, and the National Youth Orchestra of Wales. I am hardworking, committed and eager to learn from all experiences in life, and like to think outside of the box when it comes to teaching.
