Hello! I'm Katelyn, a passionate educator with experience teaching in primary school classrooms. I discovered a passion for one-on-one teaching in the classroom. I enjoyed developing deeper connections with my students and understanding their strengths, weaknesses, and learning goals on a more personal level. I do this by personalising their learning and tailoring each lesson to accommodate their individual learning style, pace, and goals. I will make learning fun and engaging through interactive activities, discussions, and real-life examples, fostering deeper understanding.
My tutoring sessions will typically range from 30 minutes to 1 hour and are tailored to all students aged between 5 and 12 years. My lessons can cover all key learning areas including English, Mathematics, Science and Technology, Art, Humanities and Social Sciences.
