About Bec
I have just had baby Aurelia (number 5) and was thinking of ways I can share my knowledge and experience with other mummas who are looking to get informed before they give birth. I have a very natural approach and believe your body knows how to birth given the right diet, exercises, mental focus and support. I have had 1 hospital birth and 4 home births. I had no idea on my first and decided that the next one was going to be perfect. I put in a lot of time researching and breaking my old programs to finally feel confident to home birth. And what an amazing experience it was!!!!

Whether it's an informed hospital birth or birthing at home, I can get you feeling secure and confident for this amazing life-changing experience. Over 4 lessons of 30 mins I will outline the importance of and types of diets and supplements, exercises for birth and labor, aftercare of birthing, and newborn care. I will give you all the tips and tricks I wish I knew when I had my first baby.
