Mr. Tushar is an excellent teacher. You can't judge one from his age but he teaches quite well. His doubt clearing methods are impressive. And one thing is he is quite freindly with his students. As a teacher he has a phenomenal personality.

Hi, I am Saswat , I am a student of Tushar sir.
There is one word to describe him that is 'best'.
He is the best. So basically I was very poor in maths so poor that I can't even get 50% marks in class. But after Tushar sir started teaching me I don't know how but I started liking maths.
He made maths easy for me. And thanks to him i got 80% in my 10th board. Still i don't know how this happened. Ofcourse he knows the secret and only he can tell.

Being a friend, I have seen his growth as a teacher and a student . I saying from my personal experience, he is one of those teachers who has good explaining skills as well as communication skills. He has helped me with many mathematical problems and the way he clears doubts on fundamental level is really amazing. I have seen most teachers get irritated if a student fails to understand some easy problems but I have never seen him angry on someone who has come to him to clear his doubts . So another thing abut him is his patience. And have also heard that he has helped many average students to get a good percentage in their board exams.
So I can say he's one of the best teachers I have come across.
