About Dr Sarina
I have experience in tutoring Biology and Chemistry A-level but I then had a desire to specifically help aspiring vet students. I have now helped a couple of students get into their top choice veterinary school and would love to help more people do this, as when I first applied I had no guidance myself. I was the only student in my whole school to apply for veterinary medicine, and only a few people in my family had even been to university so I had to do all of the research and preparation to get into vet school myself. Applying and interviewing at vet schools is extremely daunting but I hope to help my students feel as prepared as possible. As a practising veterinary surgeon, I can also help you to understand the pros and cons of being a vet as well as share my first hand experience of being a new graduate veterinarian.

I can help you to tailor your personal statements to the veterinary medicine degree. I can help you with each stage of your application to your veterinary schools of choice. I set up practice veterinary medicine interviews, tailored to the veterinary schools you want to apply to and can give you specific feedback. I can also help to ensure you know all of the basic information you need including grades required, work experience required, forms required etc. for the veterinary schools on your UCAS application. Our lessons will last 60 minutes and will be done online. We will have a free first lesson that can last up to an hour, to discuss your needs, how I can help you get into your desired vet school and so we can see if we would be a good fit. My lessons are aimed at Year 11-13 students who know they would like to do a veterinary medicine degree.
