About Paolo
I started to work, while studying, in tennis circles dealing the athletic training of boys aged between 10 and 17 years. Completed college, after some work experience and study abroad (Denmark, Germany and Great Britain) and many training courses I started my journey in posturology and functional training that allows me today to face any situation with optimism and determination, in a way, together with the customer, aimed at achieving its objectives. Work to five years within private structures in which I deal with posture and functional balance in the budget sector and post-operative with people of every age group. For today I continue my path of studies convinced that training and continuous updating are critical to maintaining the standards and efficiency of my work to their full potential, to ensure the best experience to another in the knowledge of their bodies, in achieving physical well-being and their own natural harmony. Hello everyone, I'm Paul! I have a degree in Sports Science (IUMS), Technical FMS (Functional Movement Screen) and next to the attainment of the master Posturology (May 2017) at La Sapienza University in Rome. I give personal or group lessons in the studio (area Ciampino) or at home (Rome and the Castelli Romani area) of: - functional training and TRX: training programs for weight loss, increased strength and fitness improvement through the most functional modern techniques and screen with the use of the Functional Movement screen. - Gymnastics pre and post childbirth: breathing exercises approach and preparation for childbirth, maintenance and recovery of the physical form. Personal study: - Individual (25 €); OFFER: 5 lez. 115 € - 10 lez. 220 € - 2 people (20 € per person); - 3 or 4 people (15 € per person); Accommodation: - Individual (40 €); OFFER: 5 lez. 180-10 lez. 350 € - 2 people (30 € per person); - 3 persons (25 € per person).

Avevo già provato la ginnastica posturale varie volte e mai ero riuscita a mantenere la costanza come ho fatto con Paolo. È riuscito a coinvolgermi e spiegarmi bene di cosa avevo bisogno. Abbiamo iniziato con la panca (favolosa) fino ad arrivare a modificare e migliorare alcuni movimenti. Sempre disponibile e gentile.
