"Your teaching method and techniques: I use the "Gurukul Method," which views art as a spiritual discipline rather than just a skill. My technique integrates Pranayama (breathing exercises) with line drawing to synchronize the hand and mind. We focus on the "Rhythm of the Line"—using Indian Ink to create fluid, continuous strokes that mirror the flow of breath, helping students achieve a meditative state while they create. What sets you apart as a tutor: Unlike standard art classes that focus only on visual realism, I focus on mental well-being and "Art as Therapy." I incorporate mindfulness and breathing into the actual drawing process. This makes my class essential for those battling loneliness or stress, as it provides a deep sense of connection and presence that goes beyond paper and ink. A typical lesson plan: 1. Grounding (5 mins): We begin with a 2-minute silent meditation. 2.
