About Richa
After a successful career as a lecturer in MBA college, I decided to be a stay-at-home and do-it-all super mom of a now 12-year-old. The passion for my subject, and my love for teaching and connecting with students, drew me towards in-person and online tutoring.
Other than teaching, I love to spend time gardening, meditating and go for long walks.

Having a previous successful career as a lecturer in a prestigious MBA college, and tutoring multiple school level students, I have developed some techniques and methods which can be tailor-made to suit individual needs. I provide individual and small group sessions (max 5 students).
Being a mum of a 12 year old, I understand how important it is to be able to connect with a child to map out their specific learning needs and goals.
Some of my teaching methodologies include sharing the gist of the upcoming lesson beforehand, so that they are able to get the most out of their online session. They are able to refer to the white board notes. They are given take home assignments which can be submitted any time before the next class. I also conduct short online tests to assess their progress and identify any learning gaps.
I will be available after hours on WhatsApp and Email for any clarifications and extra help, if required.
