About Lorrie
Do you find yourself struggling to visualize complex organic chemistry mechanisms during your post-bacc studies? I teach because I want to bridge the gap between abstract theory and the concrete reality of MCAT requirements. My work draws on 5 years of experience tutoring students as an MD/PhD candidate at the Perelman School of Medicine.
I specialize in NMR spectroscopy, SN1 and SN2 reactions, alcohols and ethers, radical reactions, isomerism, carbonyl chemistry, retrosynthesis, and elimination reactions.
