The Pilates method is an effective method to develop the body uniformly ... focused on strengthening the core (or power house or just center of gravity), and the total control of the body by connecting to its mind, and spirit to reach the precision of the movement. This method, tone the muscles, giving us a postural alignment too and "heals" the physical pain due to poor posture right. The Pilates method is only ONE .. beware of the various "crossroads" that they did!
Little to say on the teaching of windsurfing in addition to being a very diverse and dynamic sports, leads to a personal awareness considerable. It is very technical but beginners can not make more for less!
Functional Training is a way to stay in shape by adapting the training to the student's objective. You can do it to improve the sport practiced or just to tone the body. it's a total body workout and the exercises are mostly free body using some small tool like small weights, barbells, kettlebells, ropes etc etc.
IN EACH OF THESE SPORT THERE IS A BASIC - INTERMEDIATE AND ADVANCED LEVEL!

È molto preparata e condivide con piacere le sue conoscenze al fine di far ottenere alla persona che la segue ciò che desidera. Ho iniziato a fare Pilates con lei più di un anno fa ottenendo risultati visibili fin da subito. Adesso continuo il Pilates con lei in gravidanza e non ho sofferto di mal di schiena anzi mi sento più in forma.
Daniela è anche un'amica molto sensibile e attenta ai bisogni altrui.
