My approach to teaching Pilates focuses on safe movement, body awareness, and building a strong foundation. As a licensed physiotherapist in Korea who has completed a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy in the UK, I place great importance on correct posture, injury prevention, and understanding how the body moves.
In my lessons, I focus on improving core strength, posture, flexibility, and overall body control. I carefully observe each client’s movement and provide personalised guidance to help them perform each exercise safely and effectively. I also explain the purpose of each exercise so clients can better understand how their bodies work.
A typical lesson lasts around 50–60 minutes. Sessions usually include a warm-up, core-focused Pilates exercises, posture correction, and gentle stretching at the end.
My classes are suitable for beginners and intermediate levels, as well as anyone who wants to improve posture, strengthen their core, or move their body more comfortably. They are especially helpful for people who sit for long hours, experience back or neck discomfort, or want to build better body awareness.
My goal is to create a supportive and comfortable environment where clients can move safely and gradually improve their strength, posture, and confidence.
