About Tobin
I am a pianist and have been playing since the age of 5. I have played with different groups over the years working up to collaborations with world class professionals in the industry. I am currently in a duo " Nova Sono" with my partner writing and releasing music. I am self taught and taught through private lessons with ear training and theory.

I learned in a perhaps usual way, I played for years by simply listening and feel, then piecing together the theory behind it. In a session we talk about the listening and theory behind what we hear/play. In my experience I've found that if you like what you hear then you will naturally be interested to learn. We will cover from interval training, scales,, chords and the way you can voice them, harmony to how you can build a song.
