She was my Physics Teacher when I was in Junior College (11th and 12th) and she has shown a shocking level of understanding, way above for a school teacher. She makes studying physics enjoyable and not stressful which is remarkable especially in 12th Grade. She brings an unprecedented level of engagement, especially in mechanics section of grade 11. But by far the biggest plus point is that she never pressurizes students (unlike some other great people) and takes into account their struggles also which is truly remarkable.
