About Ira
My interest in physics began with a curiosity about how natural laws explain everyday phenomena. This curiosity led me to pursue a Master’s in Physics, where I developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Over the past 6 years, I have worked with students from different levels, helping them understand physics in a clear and structured way. My experience has taught me how to simplify complex topics and guide students patiently towards better understanding.
I believe in teaching with clarity, patience, and adaptability. My approach focuses on breaking down concepts into simple steps and using examples to make ideas more relatable. I adjust my teaching style based on each student’s needs, ensuring they feel supported and confident. I also encourage students to ask questions and think independently, which helps them build stronger understanding and confidence in their abilities.
Outside teaching, I enjoy reading about new scientific developments and exploring interesting concepts in physics. This helps me keep my knowledge updated and bring fresh insights into my lessons. Teaching physics is meaningful to me because I get to help students overcome their fears and build confidence. Watching them grow in understanding and develop a positive attitude towards learning is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

I use practical examples and visual explanations to make concepts easier to understand and remember. Each lesson is structured to build confidence gradually, helping students feel more comfortable with the subject. I also encourage questions and discussions, creating a supportive environment where students can learn at their own pace.
As students progress, lessons become more detailed and focused on application and accuracy. Beginners start with basic concepts and simple explanations. Intermediate learners work on numerical problems, formulae, and understanding relationships between different concepts. Advanced students focus on deeper analysis, derivations, and exam preparation techniques. I include regular practice and revision in every session to strengthen understanding and improve performance. This step-by-step approach helps students build confidence and develop strong problem-solving skills.
Physics also helps students develop logical thinking and a deeper understanding of how the world works. As they gain confidence, they begin to approach problems with clarity and patience. They learn to think critically, analyse situations, and apply concepts effectively. My goal is to make physics feel less intimidating and more engaging, helping students build lasting confidence and a strong interest in learning.
