About Brenda
I have been a Gymnast since I was 6 years old, where I started with COMPETITION AEROBIC CHOREOGRAPHIC GYMNASTICS. I took classical classes to complement and over the years, at the age of 15 I started COMPETITION SPORTS AEROBIC GYMNASTICS. I entered the Federation and to date I have managed to be Provincial Runner-up, 12th at the National Level and 16th at the Pan-American Level.
I have participated in WorkShops and Seminars of Daiana Nanzer, Marcela López, Iván Veloz, Ramón Landin, among others within Aerobic Gymnastics.
In addition, I have taken classes, workshops and seminars on Classical, Contemporary, Contemporary Jazz, Acrobatics on Cloth and Yoga.

In my classes I start from the needs and objectives of the students.
- With regard to physical preparation for dancers, I take into account what type of dance they do in order to put together training plans that benefit them
- The classes of Stretching will be adapted to the conditions of the student. In case of being a group class, the intensity will be increased for those who are more flexible so that everyone can continue progressing.
- Aerobic Gymnastics classes will be given according to the student's objectives, that is, it depends on whether they want to exhibit, compete or just do physical activity. I specialize in choreography.
- IN ALL CASES I look for the progress of each student, helping not only in the physical but also in the mental training to find themselves motivated and capable.
