About Sam
I am a PhD student and a TA (Teacher's Assistant) at NAU and teach Physics there. I can teach Math, Science, SQL and other Computer related subjects to students. I have stellar GRE scores as well. I have an undergrad degree in EE from IIT in India and two masters degrees, one from Illinois Tech and another from IISc Bangalore. I have studied Math and Science starting from grade school to college and in graduate schools.
I have taught Math and Science before and they have found it very beneficial. I believe in making sure that the student understands the concepts and gets sufficient practice questions over just preparing for specific standardized tests (although I can do that too).
I can teach online and in person (as long as I can reach there on bike at a reasonable time).

Explain the topic, solve problems, let the student do a few problems on his/her own.. rinse.. repeat. I try and explain difficult concepts using analogies and practical examples. I am generally very patient and can work with all kinds of students.
