Because she connects with disciples and teach yoga in simple to hard technique.her way of teaching is very inspiring.She never gives up nor let allow us to leave hope.she teaches specifically.her energy seeks no leaps and bounds .I feel more focused and energetic after joining her class

I’ve been attending yoga sessions with Avnu, and I must say she is an amazing trainer. She is very active and makes every session engaging, so I never feel bored or tired during the practice. Since I have a desk job, I often struggled with low energy and posture-related body pain, but her sessions have really helped me regain my energy after work and improve my posture. I feel lighter, more relaxed, and much healthier now. Avni is not only a skilled yoga teacher but also very motivating, and I’m grateful for the positive changes her classes have brought to my routine.
