Well,By profession I worked as Aircraft Design Engineer and I used to teach students online since tutoring is my hobby and I am doing it since 3 years. I'm pursuing Masters degree in Aerospace engineering at University of Leicester, United Kingdom. Hoping to help many students.

Well, it's simple yet effective. I am giving some real instances and quizzes to students during session and that makes their job easy to understand the concept. For example, a boy ate one slice of pizza and the total number of slices were 8. So what's fraction? 1/8.
