About Felipe

I am a mathematics teacher with 18 years of teaching experience in Brazil. I hold a degree in Mathematics, as well as a Master's degree and a PhD in Education.

Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to helping students develop their mathematical knowledge, confidence, and problem-solving skills.

I am currently pursuing further studies at Lakehead University in Canada, continuing to expand my academic knowledge and professional development.

I believe that effective teaching goes beyond explaining mathematical concepts. It involves understanding students' individual needs, respecting their learning pace, and creating a supportive environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and overcoming challenges.

My goal is to make mathematics more accessible, engaging, and understandable for every student.

My math lessons are designed to meet each student's individual needs, focusing on building a solid understanding of mathematical concepts and developing problem-solving skills.

I believe that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching methods to their learning pace, using clear explanations, practical examples, and step-by-step guidance.

To make the most of our time together, I kindly ask students to send the topics, exercises, or study materials they would like to work on at least 48 hours before the lesson.

This allows me to prepare personalized lessons, select appropriate examples, and ensure a productive learning experience.

Lessons booked with shorter notice may also be accommodated, depending on availability.
