About Rashid
Hi there! I'm a certified Canfitpro personal trainer and a nurse with a passion for helping people succeed in their fitness and academic goals. I have personally gained 25 kg of lean muscle naturally and have extensive experience in hypertrophy training and correcting body imbalances. My nursing background gives me a strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and safe training practices, allowing me to guide clients toward results while avoiding injury. With experience both in personal training and exam preparation, I understand the challenges that come with:
- adding lean muscles while exercise safely to prevent injury. I will teach you its secrets ;) and coach you to drive you away from hesitations and unsafe mistakes.
- mastering the Canfitpro personal training theoretical exam. I am dedicated to helping you pass your exam on your first attempt.

I offer two main services:
1) Fitness training:
Learn the proven methods for building lean muscle and reshaping your physique. I will coach you through proper technique, effective programming, and the “secrets” of natural muscle growth while helping you avoid common mistakes and hesitation.
2) Canfitpro personal training exam prep:
In 2 hours I make you ready for the exam with a mock test review: Canfitpro personal training theoretical exam is challenging and needs both dominance of the material and practice to gain high speed for answering questions on the exam day. The textbook content is not properly organized and is confusing for students while the exam is super detailed. Students usually become surprised on the exam day because of its short time and the detailed questions of the exam. I will guide you through the MCQ and short answer Qs that you need to know to gain your confidence and ace your theoretical exam. - I recommend to study the textbook before booking an exam preparation session!
