About Thabisile
As a youth, I see a lot of young people suffer because of stress. At the age of 15, I was staying with my aunt; she was unemployed, and I'm not carrying money at school. I see my classmate go to buy lots of sweets. I was stressed when I go home I take my ball and play. That means I was focused on my ball and forgot about carrying money at school. I like to do teaching because I want to help young people to know how to handle the situation, and it is important to keep your body healthy.

It is very important to avoid stress as young people deal with a lot of problems, e.g., GBV. It is important to report your problem; after that, personal training can help you deal with that situation.
