About Woody
We specialize in helping people of all ages reach their health and fitness goals through a wellness based approach. Our classes and individual training help improve balance, posture, flexibility, strength and mobility. We have an osteoporosis specific program called Bones and Balance.
My work is both rewarding and challenging. Helping people stay active and have fun in their lives is my main goal. The right fitness and lifestyle program can yield wonderful results when it comes to having more energy, reducing stress, maintaining a healthy weight, having stronger muscles and bones and eating a healthier diet.
