About Rahul

My teaching philosophy is to make each training session as interactive as possible. I believe that an interactive curriculum is more memorable. I use tactics such as role-playing and competitive games. In my role as a personal trainer, I am responsible for training new students and enrich them.

About the class

I train both online and personal which can be preferred by the client. classes are intended for all age category. my class structure would be 40% Knowledge and 60% Training. which includes diet plan and yogic exercise. daily challenges will be given as tasks which tend to rewards.
