About Sergi
My name is Sergi Martínez, I am a 22-year-old boy who has spent approximately 3 and a half years learning and looking for how to function in the fitness world to be able to build the physique I want and to be able to fully enjoy the process of building yourself as an athlete. I always wanted someone to teach me everything I need to know to be a beast, or to understand how we function organically and how we can alter certain day-to-day parameters and our needs so that they play more in our favor.
