Hi, I’m Dom, a certified personal trainer of 5+ years and online coach, specialising in fat-loss & fitness for busy 9-5ers who want to lose fat, build muscle and improve confidence.
I focus on sustainable results. No crash diets, no extreme restrictions - just structured training, smart nutrition and accountability, all while enjoying your favourite foods & social life.
