I am a personal trainer and passionate about physical development, with over 13 years of experience in strength training and bodybuilding. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to compete at the highest level, achieving the title of World Champion in Natural Bodybuilding, an experience that allowed me to deepen my knowledge of training, nutrition, and physical preparation. My goal is to share all of this knowledge in a practical way, tailored to each individual. I believe that training should be adapted to individual characteristics, lifestyles, and goals, seeking real and sustainable results. I enjoy helping people improve their health, fitness, and confidence, whether they are taking their first steps in the gym or perfecting their performance. I work with both beginners who want to start training safely and experienced individuals looking to improve their physique, gain muscle mass, lose fat, or refine their technique. My method is based on understanding the purpose of each exercise, paying special attention to execution, progression, and adaptation to individual characteristics. The first session is dedicated to understanding your goals, training history, and any limitations, which then informs a personalized training plan. My experience as a competitor and coach has taught me that the best results are achieved through consistency, sound planning, and sustainable habits, avoiding quick fixes or extreme methods. The goal is for each student to progress effectively and maintain those results long-term.
