About Juliana
I've been an athlete since childhood, and helping people move with more confidence and ease — whether they're children, adults or seniors — is something I find genuinely rewarding. I've been working in this field for over 6 years, combining my academic background in Sports Sciences with hands-on experience across personal training, swimming instruction and sports massage.
What I enjoy most is adapting my approach to each person I work with: keeping things fun and encouraging for children, staying patient and attentive to the specific needs of older clients, and pushing adults towards their fitness goals in a way that's structured but never overwhelming. Every session is planned around the individual in front of me, not a fixed programme.
I believe movement should feel accessible at any age, and I take pride in creating a supportive space where students feel comfortable, safe and motivated to keep progressing.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Sports Sciences, with additional training in sports therapy, massage, myofascial release, and a postgraduate qualification in strength training and conditioning. I offer personal training, private swimming lessons and sports massage across London, with a particular focus on children and seniors.
For children, I focus on building confidence, water safety and healthy movement habits. For older adults, my sessions are geared towards strength, mobility, balance and safe, low-impact training to support independence later in life. I also work with adults of all fitness levels looking for personalised, one-to-one coaching.
Alongside training, I offer sports massage and myofascial release to help with recovery, mobility and muscle tension — a useful complement to regular training or on its own.
Sessions are tailored to each person's goals, pace and physical condition, and are available at your home, local pool or gym depending on the activity.
