I am based in Kochi and the classes are conducted in and around Kochi.
I use nearby swimming pools for training or at the student place.
Each session is 90 minute long and goggles and caps are mandatory.
We will be learning swimming step by step starting from basic floating and basic swimming to freestyle, back stroke, breast stroke and butterfly.
Total sessions required to learn swimming is based on the student fitness and confidence level.
