About Rynaldi
My name is Rynaldi Munanda and I have spent thirteen years as a performance marketer across Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. Meta and Google are the platforms where nearly all of that work has happened, which means I have been buying Facebook and Instagram ads through every change the platform has put advertisers through, from the iOS tracking break to the shift into automated placements and broad targeting.
Malaysia is a working market for me rather than a foreign one. Since 2023 I have been Indonesian Coordinator and Digital Marketing Team Lead for a company in Kuala Lumpur, and before that I spent four years as Digital Marketing Executive at Maxim E-Hailing Service in Malaysia. Earlier I was CMO and digital marketing strategist lead for an interior manufacturing group in Jakarta. Bahasa Melayu creative, cross-border campaign operations and Malaysian buying behaviour are part of my ordinary week. I also studied business and entrepreneurship at Drivhuset Stockholm, and I am certified by Google in Ads Search, Conversion Optimization and Analytics 4, all verifiable on Google Skillshop.
I am Indonesian and I work from Jakarta, one hour behind Malaysia. Every class is online and scheduled on your clock, so where I sit changes nothing.
I am still buying ads on live budgets every week, so what I teach is the Business Manager as it looks today, not a method that worked three years ago. I explain why a setting exists before I show you where to click, and I would rather tell you that Meta is the wrong channel for your product than sell you more hours. Media buying is a skill you should own yourself, and that is what a session is for.

I teach Facebook and Instagram advertising one to one, inside your own Business Manager and on your own budget. Nothing is pre-recorded and you are never in a group. A session normally starts with an audit of what is already running, then we rebuild the part that is losing money while you hold the mouse. I correct you as you click, which is slower than watching a video and is the reason it sticks.
The ground we cover depends on the account. Business Manager and Business Suite setup, campaign structure, choosing an objective that matches the actual goal, audience research, interest, Custom and Lookalike audiences, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, event tracking, lead generation and messaging campaigns, sales and traffic campaigns, Dynamic Creative, ad copywriting, ABO against CBO budget strategy, retargeting, funnel structure and scaling what already works. In a private class we cover what your account needs, in the order it needs it, not a fixed syllabus.
Sessions usually run 90 minutes, which is long enough to audit and fix in one sitting. Most students take four to twelve hours in total, split across several days so they can apply the work in between. Hours are set in Malaysia time and evenings and weekends are open. Classes run in English, Bahasa Melayu or Bahasa Indonesia, while platform terms stay in English because that is how the interface is labelled. Bring a Facebook account, a Page, your Business Manager if you have one, and the product you want to sell.
Thirteen years in performance marketing across Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore, four of them running digital marketing for Maxim E-Hailing Service in Malaysia and, since 2023, leading a digital marketing team for a Kuala Lumpur company. Lessons suit business owners spending their own money, marketing staff, in-house teams, agency juniors, content creators and fresh graduates. Complete beginners are welcome, because a private class moves at your pace: beginners start at structure and objectives, experienced buyers go straight to tracking, creative testing and scaling.
