• What motivates you to teach and why?

  The students are my motivation. I'm motivated by the curiosity of my students. Being able to collaborate with more teachers who possess these qualities would make my job better as in a professionalism, positivity, and competency.

• When did you start developing an interest in your subject area?

  4 years ago when I was about to compete my HSC, I was not sure about my career decision. But when my brother suggested me for learning a foreign language I started browsing the internet for chinese language, their culture, etc. This developed an interest in Mandarin Language for me.

• If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of and why?

  I think of my younger sister. After me and my mom dad the younger one in my family is my younger sister. I want her to become successful, rich and mind blowing in what ever she will chose in her career. I want her to learn as many foreign languages as she can learn. I want her to become a multilingual.

• What is the biggest obstacle you had to overcome in mastering your craft

  Nothing as such has happened yet ever since I started learning this language.

• In your opinion, what makes someone excel in your subject area?

  In my opinion a person should first master that particular field. He should LEARN and then EARN.

• What would you say to a student who says, "This is too difficult, I give up!"?

  Starting any work, it is difficult, whether it is a homework or kitchen work or a Business. Nothing is easy in life. You need to believe in yourself first. Set a goal in your life and run behind achieving it. Don't ever give up in your life. Life is difficult as always.

• How does someone become a Super Teacher?

  While planning, a good teacher needs to be clear about what should be conveyed to students, and in what way. Lesson plans are not a way to set limits or hinder creativity, but rather a kind of map in which the limits are pushed and originality blossoms. Teachers should also be curious about new research on their subject, incorporating it into their plan as they go.
