About Madhu
Hello! I'm the Head of Academics at NEXIS School of Business, where I lead curriculum design and oversee academic quality across programs. Alongside this role, I've spent the last 7+ years running my own coaching institute, teaching students both online and offline — so teaching isn't just my job, it's something I've built a career and a business around.
I started coaching because I saw too many bright students struggle not from lack of ability, but from teaching that didn't meet them where they were. Since then, I've worked with students across school, college, and professional levels, helping them build real understanding — not just memorize answers for an exam.

As Head of Academics at NEXIS School of Business, I've seen firsthand that students retain far more when theory is immediately connected to real-world case studies, examples, and practical problem-solving.
