It's going to be my first class on any of the online portals available.
Talking about my experience in the field, i have practiced and helped my teammates in the drills we used to perform as a routine to be agile. We worked in pairs to get the best results or our training sessions. And as a result of that combined teamwork and individual efforts we were able to win many tournaments. In Athletics, i have a broad portfolio starting from Sprints, 400mts, 1600mts, Long Jump, High Jump. My personal best for 100mts sprint was 11.4 seconds.
I'm looking forward to raise the bar for myself so that i can deliver a better result.
