About Jerry
I have been motivated to deliver personal training from a very young age. Fitness has always been something that comes naturally to me and I have noticed, over the many years I have been training individuals, that mindset really matters. My immediate thought when I encounter something hard is "If they can do it so can I" In every client's journey, the moment the client believes in themselves, like I believe in them, is my crowning achievement and the reason I keep doing what I do. I can deliver in-person sessions in and around the Liverpool area as I am a Personal Trainer in The Gym Group and Crew42. I offer a free consultation where we assess your current status and fitness experience. From there we establish some SMART goals which will allow you to find your rhythm, the main aim is to find a routine that works for you. Once this has been established, I offer free check-ins and tailored training sessions. With dedicated mentoring I have enabled many to unlock the love for exercise and boost self-confidence. The sessions are for anyone who is looking to seriously change the way they feel about themselves. A session is for an hour. I am Level 2 and 3 qualified personal trainer. My techniques focus mainly on full body strength training, aerobics and HIIT workouts, all which can be done from the comfort of your own home or in a gym setting.
