I as a mentor use interaction and hybrid model of teaching which consists of traditional chalk and talk method and using varied tools of internet to create mind maps, design engaging visuals to attract student's attention in the class. My class is generally divided into explaining concepts, asking questions invoking student's curiosity and critical thinking followed by a doubt session to help and mentor students inclusively. My classes are intended for school going children. In the class I make sure that I am neither too strict nor too flexible so that all the students can express themselves freely and openly in a respectful manner.
