About Liam
I am a postgraduate Finance & Investment Banking student at Grenoble École de Management and a First-Class Economics & Management graduate from King’s College London. Recently I also got accpeted into a double degree programme with Bocconi for year 2. Through my academic journey and work experience in finance and analysis, I have developed strong analytical thinking, organisation, and communication skills.
Alongside my studies, I have worked with students in tutoring and childcare roles, as well as serving as a summer camp counsellor in the United States. These experiences have strengthened my ability to connect with students, build trust, and create a supportive learning environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and developing confidence.
I take a patient, structured, and encouraging approach to teaching. My aim is not only to help students improve their grades, but also to develop their confidence, independence, and long-term academic skills.

My Economics lessons aim to make complex concepts clear, engaging, and applicable to real-world examples. With a First-Class degree in Economics & Management from King’s College London and current postgraduate studies in Finance, I help students understand theory while developing strong exam technique. Lessons usually last 60 minutes and combine concept explanations, diagrams, case studies, and past-paper practice. I teach GCSE and A-Level students, supporting both those aiming to strengthen fundamentals and those targeting top grades in exams.

Perfect! Liam has been great with my son Luke helping him to build his economics knowledge and exam skills for Y12 mocks. Liam provides a good balance of discussion and revision work to enhance core knowledge and skills focusing on the topics needed. He is flexible and easy to work with. We'll be back for sessions in Y13 to prepare for exams!
