About Alex
Hello! My name is Alex Sá. I am a saxophonist, arranger and music teacher, with more than 27 years of experience, dedicated to stages, recordings and saxophone teaching. Throughout my career, I had the opportunity to work alongside great names in Brazilian music, such as Marcos Valle and Sandra de Sá, in addition to participating in projects with the band Medulla. I also performed at important festivals, such as Rock in Rio, Lollapalooza and The Town, experiences that enriched my artistic and professional career. My music also crossed borders. I have already performed in the United States and England, bringing Brazilian music to the international audience and expanding my experience as a musician and educator. Today, I share all this experience through personalised saxophone lessons for students of all levels. My goal is to teach in a practical, clear and efficient way, helping each student to develop technique, sound, musical reading, improvisation and confidence to play with quality.
