# About the Teacher – Papai Sarkar
I am **Papai Sarkar**, a passionate Drawing and Painting Teacher with **15 years of teaching experience**. I have completed my **Senior Diploma in Fine Arts from a reputed university**, with a strong foundation in drawing, painting, color techniques, composition, and creative art.
Over the years, I have had the opportunity to teach students of different age groups and skill levels. My teaching approach is based on understanding the **individual capability, learning speed, interest, and creativity of each student**.
I believe that every student has a unique artistic ability. Therefore, I try to make every lesson **simple, interesting, practical, and easy to understand**. I guide students step-by-step, starting from basic drawing skills and gradually moving towards advanced techniques.
My areas of teaching include **sketching, pastel colors, watercolor, oil painting, acrylic painting, portrait drawing, color pencil drawing, mandala art, still-life, outdoor painting, and different types of composition drawing**.
My aim is not only to teach students how to draw and paint, but also to develop their **observation, imagination, creativity, confidence, patience, and personal artistic style**.
With **15 years of teaching experience**, I look forward to helping students discover their creativity, improve their artistic skills, and enjoy the beautiful journey of learning art.
