About Anand
I am Anand from Trichy, Tamil Nadu.
I am an MCA(Master of Computer Application) graduate(1995-1998) currently working with eTutorWorld Corporation Pvt Ltd as math online tutor teaching US Students from grades 1 to 10.
I am writing to apply for the Post of both Math Teacher for grades 1 to 10 and Computer Science Teacher for grades 5 to 12 and I believe that my strong technical experience and education will make me a very competitive candidate for this position.
I have over 23+ years of teaching experience out of which 16 years as Computer Science Teacher/professor and 10 years as math online tutor.
I have worked as a Senior Lecturer in Computer Science Department in Botho University, Gaborone, Botswana for Four and half years. I have also done my Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education (equivalent to B.Ed) in Botho University. I have handled curriculum – ICSE, ISC, GCE, IB, UK Open university, UK Teeside University, NIIT, MCA, MSc IT, B.Sc and also guided projects for students there in Botho University.
Apart from working in India and Botswana, I have also worked in various prestigious institutions in India, Jakarta and Thailand as HOD/lecturer/teacher
As a Lecturer, I have handled C, C++, Visual Basic, Core Java, SQL Server, Web Content Development, Database Management System etc
On my own interest, I have been developed and executed projects for the institutions I have worked, such as Report Management System, Student Assessment Management System, Continuous Professional Development System, Banner Management System and Request Management System to name a few.

Establish a policy and expectations from the beginning. Show up on time and expect the same from the students. Speak to them privately and get to know the reason for being late. Spend some time at the beginning of the term and make them understand that the contents covered and learning materials are crucial. Also make them understand of the logical consequences of being late or missing classes.
I am good in creating, coordinating, explaining, finding, fixing, guiding, helping, teaching etc. I normally complete the task way ahead of my schedule. I make the students understand any challenging concepts easily by working interactively with them.
