About Jimmy
I have spent over 15 years working in recruitment, both in-house and agency side, across a wide variety of industries and role levels. This experience has given me a deep understanding of what employers are really looking for and how candidates can stand out at every stage of the hiring process. I originally trained as a qualified teacher, and although my career path led me into recruitment, my passion for teaching and supporting others has always remained. Combining my background in education with my extensive recruitment expertise means I can explain the job-hunting process clearly, practically, and with your individual goals in mind. I am genuinely passionate about helping people find new opportunities.
