The goal of AATM YOG (Soul Meditation) is the same as hatha yoga, karma yoga, jnana yoga, and bhakti yoga, etc. The ultimate goal of every yoga is to know oneself. AATM YOG (Soul Meditation) is the way to cross the cycle of life and death. AATM YOG (Soul Meditation) is a way for economic, social, physical, mental, and spiritual progress. If you want this knowledge which is beyond the normal knowledge, with this knowledge you can solve all your problems. You can become your own Guru, you cannot wander around for your questions, you can ask from yourself.
