I have full Personal Training Qualifications and insurance. I've been working for over 10 years in the fitness industry. Through KF Flexibility, I have coached classes in active flexibility, mobility and movement. I have coached in gyms such as Raw Gyms and SF1 gyms in Ballsbridge. I now dedicate my time now to working with clients online giving personalized coaching for weight loss, fitness and lifestyle. I have been working as a professional aerialist for over seven years. I coach aerial dance weekly to adult students in Aerial Cirque Studios. I teach physical theater and embodiment to theater students and schools such as The Gaiety School of Acting in Dublin

Hi my name is Kate and I am a fitness and lifestyle coach. My company is called Empower Now. My goal is to empower my clients with not only the tools and knowledge for weight loss but also empowering them to implement lifelong good habits and a sustainable routine. I work 1 on 1 with clients to consistently motivate them to achieve their goals. If you are on the go or travel a lot / find it hard to keep a consistently balanced diet and exercise routine, my job is to keep you on track and accountable to you. The online program includes: - 3 Month Calorie Deficit & Nutrition Program. - 3 Month Gym Program with video support * ( This can include home workouts if needed) - Bi-Weekly Check-Ins via Google Forms (Uploading Progress Pictures etc) - Personalized Video Feedback tracking your progress - WhatsApp Support Monday - Saturday 10am -6pm.
