About Saif
It has been six years since I joined the fitness industry. I completed my undergrad in finance and left a conventional job to pursue a career in fitness because of how inclined I was towards helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. Fitness for me has always been about inclusivity, where everyone feels welcomed and not pressured into doing things they don’t fancy.
I have travelled to the UK to further pursue my goal of becoming a better fitness instructor and coach starting my post grad degree in strength and conditioning with the University of Brighton. Here’s hoping I can help some of you achieve your goals in a healthy and sustainable way!
