About Joy
Hello, I'm Joy, a nutritionist. I hold an M.Sc. in Nutrition and Food Science and a B.Sc. in Biochemistry. That combination gives me a solid understanding of how food works in the body, and I use it to make nutrition simple for others.
I believe nutrition should never feel complicated or out of reach.
Through my research and community work, I have explained nutrition to people from very different backgrounds, from students to mothers and families, and I enjoy that moment when an idea finally makes sense.
What I teach
I teach nutrition for every level, from complete beginners to those who want to deepen their knowledge. My lessons cover the core principles of nutrition, nutrition across life stages, and practical, affordable ways to eat well using the foods around you.

Good nutrition begins with understanding. My lessons make nutrition clear, practical, and relevant, whether you are completely new to the subject or already working in the field.
