Hi my name's Chris, I've been in the fitness industry for 5 years now, I've worked as a nutritionist and a personal trainer within the Melbourne suburbs helping people improve their bodies and health issues. I offer webcam, phone, and email nutrition consults, whatever suits you. I usually get flooded with people just wanting to lose the belly fat but I can do so much more with the application of holistic dietary interventions. I'm really passionate about reducing inflammation and restoring someone's physiology to what it was before. Targeting stubborn belly fat and introducing new diets to implement are also a trick I have up my sleeves which can work very well. Cancer patients, Autoimmune and Body Recomposition is what I'm offering. Feel free to share with friends as well.
