About Natalie
I am a qualified Adult Nurse with 14 years of nursing experience and over 23 years within the health and social care sector, bringing a broad and well‑rounded understanding of both clinical practice and service delivery. My clinical background spans community nursing, palliative care, and acute settings including oncology, allowing me to support learners with insight grounded in real‑world practice.
Across my career, I have held roles such as Staff Nurse, Junior Sister, and Sister, each strengthening my foundation in leadership, patient care, and multidisciplinary teamwork. These experiences have shaped my ability to guide students with clarity, compassion, and a deep appreciation of the complexities of modern nursing.
Alongside my clinical practice, I spent four years as a Nursing Lecturer, teaching and leading both undergraduate and postgraduate modules. This experience has given me a deep understanding of academic expectations, curriculum design, and the challenges students face when balancing theory with practice.
I hold a BN (Hons) in Adult Nursing, a PgCert in Higher Education, and I am currently studying for an MBA in Healthcare Management. This combination of clinical expertise, academic training, and leadership development enables me to support students with both the practical and theoretical demands of nursing education.

Perfect! Hugely knowledgeable, clear and patient. Took the time to understand exactly what was needed from the lessons
Perfect! I was skeptical at first but Natalie explained and broke down my assignment giving me a lot of tips. This helped me understand what I was supposed to do and the direction to go in. I’m not living in the UK but she scheduled our lessons admits her busy schedule to accommodate to an earlier timing so that I don’t have to stay up late. Definitely highly recommend for anyone who’s looking for a tutor :)
