I remember going to Shashank in crunch situation during exams in college . He had his own way of simplifying complex problems into easy interpretation. His biggest strength though is his patience while explaining stuffs. He will tone down the complexity in subsequent trial of making you understand.

Shashank sir has guided me personally during my class 12th preparation in DPS and cleared all the doubts related to algebra and trigonometry,calculus which we generally find difficult. Besides when he teaches we can ask anything even small related to subject and he is always der to explain

Shashank has a great knowledge of mathematical topics. His way of explaining certain topics of differential , coordinate and algebra is second to none. Moreover he can shift his pace according to the merit of the students which I think is his best trait. He used to teach me algebra and coordinate during my entrance preparations with great energy and enthusiasm.
