About Taha
As a PROMYS India scholar and a proud achiever in IOQM, RMO, INMO, JEE, and various SOF, national, and international Olympiads, I bring a proven record of excellence in mathematical and logical problem-solving. My journey through some of the most challenging academic competitions has shaped not just my skills but also my philosophy of learning. I believe true mastery comes not from rote memorization, but from clarity of concepts, confidence in approach, and the ability to think critically under pressure. My teaching focuses on building strong logical foundations, nurturing curiosity, and inspiring students to develop excellence in both thought and execution. As a tutor, I focus on building clarity, curiosity, and confidence in my students. I believe the true purpose of education is to help students think deeply, solve creatively, and learn independently, while also securing excellent grades. My classes are designed to engage and challenge students, not just academically but intellectually.
A typical 60-minute session begins with a quick 5-minute warm-up or recap, followed by 30 to 40 minutes of core concept explanation through intuitive examples. This is followed by 10 to 15 minutes of guided practice to help students apply what they’ve learned and clarify any doubts. Each class concludes with a summary highlighting key takeaways for better retention and revision. For advanced or Olympiad-level learners, I offer longer and more in-depth sessions as needed.
My classes are ideal for Math and Coding enthusiasts in classes 6 to 10, whether they are struggling or already excelling. I have personal experience and achievements in IOQM, RMO, and INMO, and I also specialise in Math for SAT, ACT, IB, and IGCSE learners. Additionally, I teach beginner-level Python and help students build a strong foundation in computing.
