Newly Qualified Teacher offering Maths lessons at Primary school level (Milton Keynes)

Today Hafsa and I covered estimation, rounding and prime numbers. Hafsa did very well with estimation and rounding. However, we both agreed that we may need to do a bit more work on estimation word problems and prime numbers. She was assigned home learning to complete the rounding activity we could not cover in the lesson and to identify prime numbers up to 100. In the next session, I intend to cover prime factors, factors of two digit numbers and common multiples and to revisit estimation word problems. This will mean we have covered Unit 1 and can move onto Unit 2. This means I may need an average of 3 sessions to complete a unit, so a week and a half. Do drop me a message if you have any questions.
