About Matilda
I believe that when we are at peace with ourselves both mentally and physically, we will be able to handle challenges and the ups and downs of life. I have struggled in the past to find balance myself but have reached a place where I want to share my knowledge and what has worked for me personally. My university degree in psychology gave me a great base and I have since built knowledge and skills that I will use to help my students.

I believe in that every person is unique and we would therefore work together to find out your needs and goals with training. Thereafter you will receive a personalised plan that we will keep assessing and developing as we go. I’m open to including your own ideas about what you do to feel happy and the process will be fun and lighthearted while still holding you accountable to be your best self.
